Eligibility for Refunds

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Purchases made more than 30 days ago

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Subscription Cancellations

For annual license subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds for subscription cancellations are only available within the first 30 days of the initial purchase or renewal. If you cancel after 30 days:

• You will retain access to updates and support until the end of your paid period

Chargebacks
